Platform booking fees apply to paid tickets only. Free tickets do not carry a buyer booking fee, but free ticket volume is controlled by each plan’s monthly allowance. Stripe/payment processing costs are covered through the booking fee model.

How fees work

Subscription plus paid-ticket usage.

This gives you predictable subscription revenue and allows the platform to earn more when organisers sell more paid tickets. Free ticket usage is also controlled by plan so hosted QR tickets are not unlimited.

Subscription fee

Pays for access to organiser tools, staff scanning, event pages, reporting and plan features.

Paid ticket booking fee

Booking fees apply to paid tickets only. Free tickets do not carry a buyer booking fee. Paid-ticket booking fees help cover payment-processing risk and protect platform margin.

Stripe Connect payouts

Paid ticket organisers use Stripe Connect for secure payouts. Ticket revenue can go to the organiser while the platform keeps its booking fee.

Free-ticket allowance

Free tickets are useful for guest lists, performers, committee members and VIPs. Each plan includes a monthly free-ticket allowance. Extra free tickets are charged to the organiser at the plan rate.
